CREDIT RISK TEAM LEAD

You will be the team leader of the AIRB model development team for non-retail IRB models. The team develops PD, LGD and CCF models for the non-retail segment, and currently have experienced hands-on developers, with experience from IRB modelling.
You will utilize your skills and experience from IRB modelling to lead and direct the unit to the changing regulations, as well as creating a productive and healthy modelling environment. It is expected that you help out with methodological issues as well as manage the team and ensure the unit develops.

YOUR EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
In this role, it is expected that you have knowledge of IRB Modelling, preferably with managerial experience. You also have skills in SAS or a similar programming language, in addition to experience with SQL. For this position you will need to be a good communicator and a good leader - as you will manage the team and help them develop further. You also understand how a bank works and understand the business impact of the models you are developing. It is also preferable if you have experience from non-retail banking since this position would be working with the non-retail IRB unit.
