Head of Customer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

The Head of CRM and Business Intelligence will play a critical role in running and optimizing cross-channel acquisition and engagement programs that span the company's marketing channels, with the objective of growing customer acquisition, retention and usage of their products across the World.
The Consumer Digital Marketing team is at the forefront of online marketing practices and technologies in the business. As part of that team and Head of CRM and Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy to increase engagement and growth with their millions of customers.
You will be driving quantitative analytics and data mining research as well as be in charge of planning, designing, and executing marketing actions towards existing customers across all direct touch points, including email, SMS, in app messaging, and more.
